This ground floor Chamber, in the South tower, has a double bed adjacent to large double French doors which conveniently lead directly to the pool area. Its walls are made of thick white and grey stone reflecting its medieval defensive origins. Look out for the hidden Gothic window built into the stone wall. The Chamber’s furniture is 18th century English mahogany, complimented with the warming textiles of gold, cream and duck-egg blue.
The Cathar Chamber has its own private bathroom adjacent, with a large shower, toilet, sink unit, large lit mirror, hair-dryer and towel radiator. All towels and toiletries are provided. The cold running water is direct from the mains and potable.
This suite is suitable for people with limited mobility as the car can drive up to the double entry doors. The shower is fitted with a grab handle and a wheel chair ramp is available.
